Shellee infuses every project with strategic vision and deep empathy. With a BA in Marketing and Sales Business, a Master’s in social and emotional behaviors, and years of experience teaching theater, she excels at creating emotional connections that also drive real business results.

As Founder and Chief Design Officer, Larzell’s creative philosophy was shaped by decades of hands-on visual craft. For 12 years, he worked as a corporate stylist, visual merchandiser, and fashion designer, and for 17 years as a graphic designer, creative manager, art director, and chief designer, mastering layout, composition, color harmony, and the use of textures to create aspirational stories people can see, feel, and want to be part of. His background in competitive bodybuilding further sharpened his eye for balance and discipline — ensuring every detail works together in harmony.
